Subscription Cancelation:

ImageShack Business Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time using your PayPal account:

1. Locate initial transaction in your PayPal account history.
2. Click on "Cancel."
3. Follow PayPal's cancellation procedure as indicated on your screen.
4. If PayPal is not available in your country please contact us.

Uptime:

99% uptime means that each image stored on your account is expected to be unavailable for approximately 7.2 hours per month. Subscribing to our Premium Pro service will reduce this number to less than 5 minutes per month.

Backup:

Business subscribers will have their images backed up automatically. This means that if a server goes down for maintenance or experiences any issues, we will still be able to serve your files.
